Legal
How we handle personal information, and your rights over it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Antio is operated by [[FILL: legal entity name]] (“Antio”, “we”). For privacy questions or requests, contact [[FILL: privacy@antio.io]].
We collect and use personal information only where it is reasonably necessary for our functions or activities — providing and securing the service, authenticating users, performing the tender analysis you request, communicating with you, and meeting our legal obligations. We use it for the primary purpose for which it was provided, for directly related secondary purposes you would reasonably expect, or where you have consented. Where we send marketing messages, we do so consistently with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) — with your consent, clear identification of us as the sender, and an easy way to unsubscribe.
Some features send the content needed for a task to third-party service providers to perform analysis. Your data is not used to train AI models. Where a provider processes data outside Australia, we limit it to what the task requires and require contractual data-protection terms. We can provide further detail about the providers we engage on request.
Your personal and business data is hosted in Australia. To operate the service we may engage reputable third-party service providers (for example, for hosting, email, and AI-assisted analysis); where a provider processes data outside Australia, we limit it to what the task requires and require contractual data-protection terms consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the service (hosting, email, AI), each under contract. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Antio uses cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. We may also use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to operate, secure, and improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly-necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal or audit obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Security audit events are retained longer where the law permits or requires.
You may request access to and correction of your personal information. Where required by law, we will also consider requests to export or delete it — although some information (for example, security audit records) may be retained where the law permits or requires. To make a request, or if you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, contact [[FILL: privacy@antio.io]] first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
We protect personal information with the measures described in our security overview. If we become aware of a data breach involving personal information, we will assess it promptly. Where it is an eligible data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified. Last updated 26 July 2026.
